• Plan type and tester count, so we can activate the correct campaign and report

Payments are processed through Razorpay. 12Tests does not intentionally store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

We may collect information, answers, files, test responses, or other content that you voluntarily submit while using 12Tests.

Technical Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

The core of the 12Tests service is the closed testing campaign. The data involved is the package name you submit, the closed testing opt-in link you share, the list of tester email addresses we provide, and the opt-in and activity records that appear in your Play Console. We do not read the contents of your app, nor do we access user data inside your app.

The tester list is provided so you can paste it into Play Console. Once it is in Play Console, the testers’ identities and activity records are controlled by Google’s systems, not by 12Tests. We keep a copy of the list only for the duration of the campaign so we can support you if a tester leaves and needs replacing.

On Premium and Enterprise plans, we also collect daily screenshots of the app as it appears on the tester’s device. Those screenshots are stored for the duration of the campaign and deleted after the campaign ends, unless you ask us to keep them for support or dispute purposes.

We may use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Authenticate your login.
• Provide your 12Tests dashboard.
• Provide and operate the Service.
• Process and verify payments.
• Maintain your test and account records.
• Provide customer support.
