Terms of Service

12Tests is a Google Play closed testing platform. It connects Android developers with real testers so apps can satisfy Google Play’s closed testing requirement before production access is applied for.

To use certain features of 12Tests, you may need to create an account, provide your app’s package name and a live closed testing opt-in link, and pay the plan price displayed at the time of purchase.

By creating an account or using 12Tests, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You must not:

• Create an account using false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access another user’s account.
• Share your account credentials where doing so is not permitted.
• Use 12Tests for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of 12Tests.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are reasonably suspected of being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Access to 12Tests requires a one-time payment per app, at the price displayed for the plan you choose at the time of purchase. Where a promotional price is shown, the promotional price displayed at the time of purchase applies.

Payments are processed through our payment provider, Razorpay.

12Tests does not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials on its own servers.

The applicable payment amount and any applicable taxes will be shown before you complete the payment.

When you purchase a plan, you are purchasing a managed closed testing campaign for a single app. The campaign covers the assignment of the tester count included in your plan, the 14-day testing window, and the delivery of the written feedback report at the end of the window.

You must provide your app’s exact package name and a live closed testing opt-in link so we can verify the track before the window starts. A link that points at the wrong track, a stale release, or an app that is not in closed testing will not accept testers and will waste days on a window that cannot count.

You must not replace the build you are testing during the window unless you intend to continue the same window against the new build. Replacing the build without continuity breaks the opt-in streak for any tester who had already joined, and it may reset the clock for those testers under Google Play’s rules.

Payments are generally non-refundable once access to 12Tests has been activated, except where required by applicable law, where 12Tests expressly approves a refund, or where a refund is owed under the Production Access Guarantee.

The Production Access Guarantee applies to every plan. If you complete the full 14 days of closed testing, your plan’s tester count is met, and Google still refuses production access, you may choose a full refund or 14 additional days of free testing. You agree to use 12Tests only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe another person’s rights.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

12Tests, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, tests, questions, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to 12Tests and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content or software without prior written permission.

If you submit information, files, answers, or other content to 12Tests, you retain ownership of your content unless otherwise agreed.

You grant 12Tests the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and otherwise provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

We aim to keep 12Tests available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

12Tests may use third-party services, including payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication services, or other integrations.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

You may stop using 12Tests at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or create a security or operational risk.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 12Tests is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always meet your specific requirements or be completely free from errors or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12Tests will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through 12Tests or by email.

Your continued use of 12Tests after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, subject to applicable law.
