What the Production Access Guarantee Means
Every paid plan on 12Tests includes a production access guarantee. Here is what it covers, what it does not, and why the conditions are narrow by design.
The production access guarantee applies when three conditions are met: the testing ran for the full 14-day window, the plan’s tester count was reached and maintained, and Google still refused production access. When those conditions are met, you can choose a full refund or 14 additional days of free testing.
The conditions are narrow by design. A guarantee that covered every refusal regardless of circumstances would be meaningless, because it would have to cover cases where the developer did not complete the testing, did not submit the report, or did not follow Google’s instructions.
The guarantee is also limited by the evidence Google provides. The refund application needs Google’s own rejection email, because that is the only objective proof that production access was refused. A developer who never received an email, or who deleted it, cannot claim the guarantee.
The written report is part of the evidence. When the testing is complete and the report is delivered, the refund application has three things to stand on: the Google rejection email, the testing record in the dashboard, and the written report. That is why the report is a standard deliverable, not an optional add-on.
